Doubting Thomas
TwoCircles has teamed up with French producer DoubtingThomas to bring you his brainchild, "Self-Definition". Compromised of six tracks, the release explores audible realms from the key infused 10 minute epic entitled "Augusta's Piano" to the bouncy rhythms of "Doubt Kills", stopping off along the way to explore the sounds of the more avant-garde side of electronica. The release fuses delicately sampled portions of everyday life with deep, hypnotic rhythms maintaining a surprisingly effective sonic image. The release is listenable the whole way through as it maintains a very prominent motif. Danceable while being thought provoking this release provides the listener with all sorts of soundscapes from across the board allowing the listener to dabble in whatever their ear desires.
